Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping
If your return is approved due to a damaged or defective product:
- Baitul Burqa will arrange the pickup from your location.
- All return shipping charges will be covered by Baitul Burqa.
- If a replacement is required, we will ship the new item at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
You may request a replacement for the same product, subject to availability.
Return pickup and replacement shipping will be handled by Baitul Burqa at no extra cost to you.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and the damage is verified through your unboxing video, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
